Frodeno, Watkinson Wins in Ironman 70.3 Gdynia-Poland

Jan Frodeno started his Kona prep in fine fashion as the two-time IRONMAN world champion stormed to the front race early. The German nailed the swim and bike legs and threw down a 1:11:16 run to take victory by 4:11 winning margin.

New Zealand‘s Amelia Rosie Watkinson broke away on the bike and carried a six minute advantage heading into transition to rack her bike. The Kiwi continued to pad her leading gap throughout the run and to record her dominating win.
