1. Can you tell us about your background in the sport?

At first, I did riding mountain bike and running when I was 25 years old and I did enjoy it for 3 years then I got to know Triathlon because my friend in the village joined Laguna Triathlon so I went to cheer him up and I was really impressed. Then I started by practicing my swimming skill, as I wasn’t a good swimmer at that time. In the meantime, I improved my riding and running and after that I participated Laguna Triathlon in 2006.

2. Can you describe a typical training week?

I train 7 days a week and it is 25-30 hours a week that included 15 km swimming, 450-500 km for biking and running 70 – 90 km

3. What is your favorite race in Asia and why?

My favorite race in Asia is in Laguna Phuket Triathlon because it’s my home tome and I have lot of friends and spectators who comes to support me. I love the bike course here the view is fantastic. Aseptically I love the hilly bike course.

4. What are your best results so far and what are the next goals for you?

It was in Challenge Philippines this year as I was 2nd place in South East Asia. Another one was just recently, 1st place of Hua Hin Triathlon. Also I was the only 1st Thai who qualified for Hawai Ironmen World Championship in 2011.

5. Which is your favorite training session on each discipline and why?

I like long biking session as I always enjoy natural and will never get bored in the training session. In the meantime, I got to meet new friends from all over the world who comes to train here in Phuket.
