Lili (Vietnamese name NGUYỄN THỊ GIA HUỆ) completed the Ironman 70.3 World Championships 2016 in Mooloolaba a week ago and she is now ready to race the inaugural Challenge Nha Trang in her home town in Vietnam.
Lili tells us about her story, what got her into the sport and advice for athletes racing this course and also for beginners that want to get into the sport.
