The February 13, 2016 it will be held for the 1st time in the history of Chilean triathlon event of the Challenge-Family franchise, which was created over 10 years ago and has representation in more than 20 countries and performs near 60 events worldwide, creating international triathlon circuit with the highest growth in the last three years.
Marcelo Galvez (by Marcelo Galvez) and Edmundo Fonseca (Tyrproducciones), heads to Chile Challenge-Puerto Varas, will be at the head of this prestigious event to be a beautiful town, as the venue for the next five years, having also a World Cup event features, which involved about 600 triathletes and the best of Chile, Latin America and the world will be present.
As a remarkable feature, this triathlon is distance Half, consisting of 1900 meters of swimming, 90 km cycling and 21 kilometers of racing, and includes all age group categories, the Challenge Puerto Varas would enhance participation in posts where 2 or 3 athletes may make the journey, each sport individually.
Our award is the highest in the history of this sport in Chile, 30,000 euros (20,500,000 Chilean pesos) will be distributed to the winners of the Elite category.
