New Short Course Triathlon to Launch in June at Inaugural Challenge Camsur

There’s a new triathlon in town! The Tri-Challenge Series, the latest in the repertoire of producer and Challenge Brand race license holders in the Philippines, Leverage Sports Asia, will launch at the upcoming and inaugural Yellow Cab Challenge Camsur half-distance triathlon in June.

Yellow Cab Challenge Camsur, part of the global triathlon series by the Challenge Family and the second installment of the brand in the Philippines, will host the very first race of the new short course series, the Tri-Challenge SPRINT, on June 13, 2015 with a 1KM swim, 30KM bike and 6KM run. The sprint’s race course will run through a portion of the Challenge Camsur course as it loops in and around CWC.

David Voth, CEO of Leverage Sports Asia and Chairman of Challenge Camsur and Challenge Philippines stated, “We are very excited to see the expansive growth of triathlon embrace the Philippine endurance community.
