Challenge Philippines: The best of the Press Conference

Challenge Philippines, in Subic Bay held its Pro athletes Press conference today at the Lighthouse Marina Resort. The athletes will be toeing the start line on Saturday the 21st, at 6.30am, local time.

The Press conference was led by Whit Raymong, a familiar face in Asia as he is the announcer for most events in this part of the world and will also be announcing the race on Saturday.

Dave Voth, Chairman of Challenge Philippines Leverage Sports Asia, also officially announced to the media the second Challenge race in Camsur, Philippines on June 15th. He also announced their plans to add shorter distances events into the calendar and the social work they are doing with Pro athlete Michael Murphy and the local kids.

The Q & A with the Pros was very friendly and no rivalry among them. Parys Edwards, the runner up at Challenge Phuket put well “We are all here for the same reason, the challenging course”.
