Over 700 triathletes are expected to troop in Fontana Leisure Resort in Clark, Pampanga on November 27 to compete in Tri-United 4, the 4th leg of the Tri-United Triathlon series sponsored by Unilab Activehealth and organized by Bike King Philippines.   Participants will compete in a sprint category of 600m swim, 20km bike and a 5km run.

The Tri-United series is one of the most well-attended triathlon events in the Philippines.  Close to 3,000 triathletes had already participated in the previous 3 legs, all held in the Philippines’ triathlon hub, Subic Bay.

The 4th leg is the shortest event, with the swim portion to be held in Fontana’s 50m olympic pool.  To avoid congestion in the pool, the release of participants will be via a timed rolling starts.
